Get your coffee fix and still be able to easily fall asleep at night. Drink decaffeinated coffee instead of your regular brew after dinner. Caffeine in regular coffee is what kicks in and makes the mind and body more alert. Many people have a hard time getting sleepy if they drink a cup at night.

Although many coffee drinkers believe that the whole point of drinking coffee is the caffeine itself, other coffee lovers feel that decaffeinated coffee allows them to enjoy the rich flavor without the guilt. It is a misconception that removing caffeine from coffee decreases the flavor. Thanks to technology, there is only a minimal loss of flavor, or none at all, when coffee is decaffeinated.
